FAQ on the exam editor¶

How do I copy from another language?¶

Just select your language on the left column in the exam editor.

How do I copy from another delegation?¶

Any language of all delegations is also visible in the exam editor. Just select it in the left column.

I want to use an LLM for translation, but the prompt is too long for my subscription. Can I still use it?¶

The input will accept a certain number of blocks, which are marked by <<<BLOCK:n>>>, where n is the block number. You can simply remove as many blocks as needed blocks from the prompt to fit within your subscription limit.

The timestamp of the last saved version of my translation is old even though I just clicked save. What's wrong?¶

If you did not edit the exam for the last hour, also the timestamp of the last saved version will be an hour old. If you have made changes and the timestamp is still old, call for support.

I have found a mistake after the final submission. Can I correct it?¶

If you notice an error after the final submission, you need to ask the organizers whether they allow for a correction / reprint of your students exam materials. Note that changes after the final submission are generally subject to the organizers' approval, OlyExams staff does not have the authority to allow such changes. After getting the organizers' approval, contact OlyExams support who will unlock the translation for you.
